By creating an account or accessing the GRADNEO platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. These terms govern your rights, acceptable use, and limitation of liability under applicable laws of India.
1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility
GRADNEO is operated by GRADNEO ("GRADNEO", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Student", or "you") and GRADNEO. To use this platform:
- You must be at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental/guardian consent.
- You must be a student or job seeker using the services for personal career preparation.
- You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete registration information.
2. Platform Purpose & Career-Readiness Limitation
GRADNEO is an educational software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform engineered to assist candidates with career diagnostics, resume structure auditing, rubric-based mock interview practice, and application tracking.
Strict Non-Recruitment Status: GRADNEO does not operate as an employment agency, recruiter, job consultancy, or placement firm. We do not act as an employer, recruiter, or hiring broker between candidates and external organizations.
3. Absolute Prohibition of Employment Guarantees
NO EMPLOYMENT, INTERVIEW, OR SALARY GUARANTEE
GRADNEO does NOT guarantee employment, placement offers, interview shortlisting, salary packages, or recruiter selection under any circumstances.
The Career Readiness Score, Interview Readiness rating, and Opportunity Match percentages are internal diagnostic preparation benchmarks intended solely to help students identify areas for improvement. They do not constitute hiring odds, selection probabilities, or guarantees of employer interest.
4. Account Responsibilities & Credentials
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Account sharing, sharing session tokens, or automated credential access is strictly prohibited. You agree to notify GRADNEO immediately at support@gradneo.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
5. User-Provided Content & Anti-Fabrication Standard
GRADNEO is engineered to help candidates articulate genuine skills and authentic projects. You agree that:
- All academic records, degrees, CGPA, graduation years, and project descriptions submitted to your profile or resumes are factual and truthful.
- You will not use AI suggestion tools to fabricate false degrees, invent unworked corporate employers, or claim skills you cannot demonstrate.
- You retain intellectual property ownership of your uploaded resume documents and project deliverables. You grant GRADNEO a non-exclusive license solely to process, parse, and evaluate this content to deliver requested platform services.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Scraping, crawling, or extracting platform data, opportunity listings, or user profiles.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to discover source code or proprietary scoring algorithms.
- Submitting malicious files, viruses, or prompt-injection exploits into resume or job description inputs.
- Circumventing rate limits, authentication controls, or plan entitlement allowances.
- Reselling, sublicensing, or commercially exploiting platform access.
7. External Job Links & Third-Party Services
The Opportunities module aggregates publicly available job postings and employer career links for student convenience. GRADNEO has no control over external employer portals, third-party application deadlines, employer data practices, or hiring decisions. Clicking an external job link routes you to a third-party website governed by that employer's own terms and privacy practices.
8. Intellectual Property
All software, user interface designs, logos, brand marks, diagnostic algorithms, interview rubrics, and educational content on GRADNEO are the exclusive intellectual property of GRADNEO and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
9. Commercial Passes & Payments (When Active)
Plan purchases grant digital access allowances for designated timeframes (14, 30, or 90 days). All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are one-time payments without recurring billing mandates. Online payment processing will be enabled upon payment gateway onboarding. Terms regarding refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
10. Termination & Suspension
GRADNEO reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice if you violate these Terms of Use, engage in fraudulent behavior, or attempt to compromise platform security. Upon termination, your right to access the services ceases immediately.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall GRADNEO, its founders, directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of career opportunities, profits, or data, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the platform.
Our aggregate liability for all claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to GRADNEO in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
